hello this is a question for everyone.. Do you guys see changes to you body after doing this workout for a while? I just want to find weekly workout that are effective.

If I do this and this 5 minute arm routine every day until mid September (going on holiday) will it make a difference? I’ll be running and gyming too just want to get toned as have very chubby arms and thighs!
